Description:  Seeking experienced Inpatient Medical Coders for a remote, flexible 1099 consultant role. Applicants must have 5+ years of IP PCS coding experience, CCS certification, and knowledge of Cerner, 3M, and Power Chart systems.

Position Details:

  • Start: 1-2 weeks
  • Pay: Per case
  • Requirements: 95% coding accuracy, ability to code 2 inpatient charts per hour, proactive in seeking additional info as needed.

Responsibilities:  Ensure precise coding for inpatient accounts, maintain DRG accuracy, and stay current with coding guidelines.
