With over 30 years in health information management, technology, and consulting, Joseph J. Gurrieri has been with Pena4 Inc. since 2006, serving as President & COO. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management from SUNY Downstate and RHIA and CHP certifications from AHIMA, with leadership experience at Long Island College Hospital and the New Jersey Hospital Association.

Paul R. Strafer has nearly 20 years of Health Information Management experience and has been with Pena4 since 2014. Deb Tetreault has over 40 years of Health Information Management experience in data collection, quality monitoring, and standard development in Canada and the US. Since 2017, she has served as Regional Assistant Vice President, Coding and Consulting Services for H.I.M. ON CALL Canada, a Pena4 company, holding CHIM and RHIT certifications from CHIMA and AHIMA.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and is SHRM-CP certified, with a background in global HR roles and a focus on HR process improvement and workforce planning.

With over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and strategy development, Joy Kulappura has been with Pena4 Tech Solutions since April 2022, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Corporate Affairs. Pratheep Mano George, with 16 years of experience in Medical Billing and Business Development for the US market, joined Pena4 Tech Solutions in October 2021 as Assistant General Manager.
